This site was erected to cover a dispute I had with Hurd GMC in Johnston, RI and the ensuing case before the RI Dealers Commission. It was temporarily taken down due to questions regarding my rights under the Constitution of the United States and it's ammendments. Shortly, I will be posting new info on this site regarding only that information which is public information via the Freedom of Information Act, and therefore is undisputable by any parties.
All information that shall appear here will be direct copies of complaints filed with the RI Dealers Commission, its answers, and the appeals that followed, and lastly the decision (twice) by the Dealers Commission in my favor.
